Senior Management team
Hwadee Information Technology Co., Ltd. is young, but most of our
managers are overseas students, who have worked in multinational corporations
and have accumulated abundant management experience. With the combination
of different cultural background and languages, senior management
team knows how to teach the staff to communicate with the clients
abroad. Our managers not only have a deep understanding of many industries
but also expert in IT technology.
Project management team
Our project management team has experience of IT outsourcing and software
development learnt from America, India, etc. Having it and the nowadays
native market united, we build up our own software project management
model--Five Dimension Develop Model (FDDM), Fast Develop (FASD) and
R4 Operation Model (ROM). We have a Project Management Office (PMO)
to ensure efficient communication with clients, so as to make feasible
project management process. While in the project management of software
development, we are making great efforts to achieve CMM5.
Technicians team
We have a lot of excellent technicians, and can offer a group over
100 members at any time. They have experience in telecommunication,
transportation, finance, energy sources, E-commerce and other industries,
and are masters in Programming Languages, Databases, Operating Systems
/ Platforms, Application / Web Servers, etc. In addition, multicultural
background and languages make our technicians communicate efficiently
